Pros and cons of iSpeak Italian app for iPhone and iPad

iSpeak Italian app good for

it works perfectly, much better than i thought, i use it to talk my grandparents. after you type in the word you can read it and you can get the woman to say it to you to, so you say it perfectly

This was okay ... Not really worth the money tho but it was helpful :)

Im visiting my cousins in Italy that know no English so I bought this. It is very helpful but the translating voice is hard to understand.

I have not tried this out abroad and thanks to other reviewers I will use something else, however for home use, it is great! As I am learning Italian, I want to learn to correctly pronounce things. What I like about this app. is that I can use it basically anywhere (so long as there is phone service or wi-fi) which means that I can look up things as they come to mind and not have to remember it for later when someone else can help me with the pronunciation. Also, you can save translations which means you do not have to have any connection, phone service or wi-fi, to look at them again.

This app is great. It would be good if it was a simple translation, but the fact that it speaks the phrases is great!

I have bought many apps and never take the time to post a review but this app is great!!! Very simple to use and very powerful too. A must have for anybody who wants to learn Italian. Well worth the price!

Some bad moments

So this wont work on an older IPad? can I have my money back?

I dont want this program work for me as a translator, I only needed it as a dictionary but there is always a server error. You should do something immediately.

This app is ok, it does some things well. But when typing in a phrase in Italian it - still - spell corrects to English. Really? In 2016? Lame.

App now terminates when you enter a phrase to translate after I updated to iOS 10

This app closes unexpectedly in iOS 10.0.2 Now that Ive paid for the app, where is the support and updating? Angry about app not working.

Everything was fine until the latest iOS update 10.0.2 Now as someone else commented the Italian translator closes immediately upon the 3rd keystroke. Odd that the Spanish translator continues to work fine?
